7-Day Warranty Coverage

Gloss Boss offers a 7-day limited warranty starting from the date your item is received.
This warranty covers
factory defects or damage upon arrival only.


Conditions for Warranty Approval

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unused
• Product must be in the
same condition as received
• No signs of wear, stretching, stains, fragrance, or alteration


Proof of Condition Upon Receipt

To help us process your claim faster, please provide one of the following:

• A clear photo of the item immediately after unboxing, or
• A
short unboxing video clearly showing the product’s condition upon receipt


Reporting Timeline

All warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.


Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are not covered under the Gloss Boss warranty:

• Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect
• Cosmetic preferences (such as slight color variation due to lighting or screen settings)
• Damage caused by improper use, washing, or storage


Replacement Process

Once your proof is submitted and approved:

• A replacement item will be sent
• In some cases, the product may be requested for return and inspection
